• ESTC  facilities  are available to entrepreneurs. research institutions & commercial organizations on nominal charges.

• ESTC  conducts regular training  program, seminars / workshops on various topics of related to electronics / IT  / entrepreneurship development etc. We also conduct tailor made training programs which can be  conducted at ESTC or even at user's premise wherever possible.

• ESTC has got a Modern & Standard laboratory for Calibration in Electro technical & Mechanical areas.

• The Centre is also equipped with Library - cum - Documentation Centre .

• ESTC  has boys hostel with a capacity to accommodate 80 boys and girls hostel with a capacity to accommodate 20 girls.
