ESTC is operating under the administrative control of Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India. ESTC's Governing Council is headed by Development Commissioner (MSME), Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Dr. Rajneesh , Additional Secretary & Development Commissioner (MSME) is the Chairman, ESTC at present.
